Statistical tests, including descriptive statistics and the χ2 test, were used to analyze associations between variables. The p-value level of 0.05 or below was considered to test statistical significance. Study findings showed that most of the participants 120 (75.9%) were in between 21-30 years of age group and majority (37.54%) of the nurses have working experience of 11 to 15 years.
